Eligibility for Replacement:
- If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, you are eligible for a replacement of the same product.
- To qualify for a replacement, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
How to Request a Replacement:

- Include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and attach photographic or video proof showing the damage or defect.
- Our team will review your claim and may request additional information if necessary.
Replacement Process:
- Once your claim is verified and approved, we will dispatch a replacement product to you at no extra cost.
- No returns of the damaged product are required unless specifically requested by our team.
3. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items
- Due to the nature of our products (Ayurvedic and personal care items), we do not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons other than damage or incorrect delivery.
- Opened, used, or tampered products will not be eligible for replacement under any circumstances.
- Products purchased during sales, promotions, or with discount codes are not eligible for replacement unless damaged in transit.

- Orders cannot be cancelled once they are processed and dispatched.
