Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after receipt of payment and order confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- In rare cases of high order volume or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be extended. If this occurs, we will notify you promptly via email or SMS.
Shipping Methods and Carriers
- We exclusively ship all orders within India using Shiprocket, a trusted logistics aggregator that partners with leading courier services.
- At present, we do not offer international shipping. Orders can only be delivered to addresses within India.
- We offer standard shipping for all orders. Express or same-day delivery options are currently not available.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping charges are included in the product price for orders with a cart value of ₹500 or more.
- For orders below ₹500, a flat shipping fee of ₹60 will be added at checkout.
- Shipping charges, if applicable, are clearly displayed during the checkout process before you complete your purchase.

- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors such as location, courier delays, or unforeseen events (e.g., weather, strikes, or natural disasters).
- During peak seasons, festivals, or sales, delivery may take longer than usual. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such cases.
Order Tracking
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and/or SMS containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real time through Shiprocket’s tracking portal.
- If you do not receive tracking details within 48 hours of placing your order, please contact our customer support team.
Packaging and Handling
- All products are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Fragile items receive additional protective packaging.
- If you receive a package that appears tampered with or damaged, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately with your order details and photos of the package.
Delivery Attempts and Address Issues
- Our courier partners will make up to three delivery attempts to your provided address.
- If the delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect address details, unavailability of the recipient, or other reasons, the order may be returned to us. In such cases, we will contact you to arrange redelivery (additional charges may apply) or process a refund (excluding shipping fees, if applicable).
Shipping Restrictions
- We currently do not ship to PO boxes, military addresses, or locations outside India.
- Certain remote or inaccessible areas may not be serviceable by our courier partners. If your address falls under such a category, we will inform you and provide alternatives or process a full refund.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
