- Payment must be made in full at the time of placing the order (In case of placing order using Prepaid Method). We reserve the right to cancel orders if payment is not received or if there is a payment dispute.

- We aim to dispatch orders promptly; however, delivery times may vary based on location and external factors.
- You will receive a tracking link via email once your order is shipped. You may also track your order status through your account on our website.
Any extra cost incurred due to incorrect delivery information provided by you will be claimed from you.
7. Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations
- Due to the nature of Ayurvedic products, we follow a strict no return or exchange policy, except in cases where the product delivered is damaged or incorrect.
- For damaged or incorrect products, contact our customer service within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and photographs of the issue. Each case will be handled individually.
- Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without prior authorization from our support team.
- Orders once placed cannot be cancelled unless specifically allowed under certain circumstances.
